3./4.11.2013 – WATCHING OUT

Ein fahrtenfreier Sonntag und eine sichtungsfreie Fahrt am Montag auf der Riberia Brava. Und hier ein Bild von unserem Späher bei der Arbeit, ein Beruf den sich nicht jeder gleich bildlich vorstellen kann. Hier steht er geduldig vor seinem grossen Fernglas auf dem Stativ und beobachtet den Atlantik, heute an 4 verschiedenen Punkten von Ponte do Sol bis Paul do Mar, aber leider erfolglos. Beim Einlaufen in den Hafen fing Fatima dann noch diesen Steinwelzer ein.

Sunday without trips and Monday without any sightings. And here is a picture from our spotter working, a job that many don’t know about. Here he is standing patiently looking throught his binoculares searching for animal signs on the ocean. Today Drumond went to 4 different spots, from Ponta do Sol till Paul do Mar, but sadly he didn’t saw anything. Entering the marina Fatima took this picture from this Ruddy Turnstone.

O Domingo sem viagens e a Segunda-feira sem avistamentos. Aqui podem ver o nosso vigia em ação, na foto está a olhar pelos binóculos para o atlântico a procura de sinais de animais, hoje infelizmente sem sucesso. O Drumond hoje esteve me 4 sítios diferentes, desde a Ponta do sol até ao Paul do mar. Ao entrar na marina a Fatima ainda fotografou esta rola-do-mar.
