Balaenoptera edeni

Heute zwei Fahrten mit der Ribeira Brava auf denen wir jede Menge Flekendelfine antrafen, nachmittags auch einen einsamen Brydewal. Nicht zu vergessen die Gelbschnabelsturmtaucher, die tags auf dem Meer ganz leise sind, nur nachts die seltsamen Laute von sich geben. Nach dazu gab es heute viele portugiesischen Galeern.

Today two trips with Ribeira Brava and lots of spotted dolphins and in the afternoon as well a single bryde’s whale. Cory shearwaters sitting on the water and flying around, here on the sea without their funny noises, which they make at night. And we saw several  portuguese man of war.

Hoje duas viagens com a Ribeira Brava e vimos bastantes golfinhos pintados, a tarde também vimos uma baleia tropical. Para não esquecer as cagarras, que durante do dia são muito silenciosos e só a noite começam fazer os seus cantigas esquisitas. Hoje havia novamente muitas caravelas portuguesas.
