Stenella frontalis

Heute auf dem atlantischen Ozean vor Calheta im Südwesten 2 unterschiedliche Boote, die “Ribeira Brava” und die “Stenella” samt ihrer jeweiligen Crew und großen und kleinen Gästen an Bord. Hauptdarsteller heute waren gute gelaunte Fleckendelfine und dahinziehende Große Tümmler, prächtige Exemplare. Wußten Sie eigentlich, daß unser Speedboot Stenella nach den Fleckendelfinen (Stenella frontalis) benannt wurde? Grau, sprungfreudig und schnell und Fatima hat ein paar gute Schnappschüsse machen können, vielen Dank. Today we went out with two boats: “Ribeira Brava” and “Stenella”, crew and guests. We had a meeting with spotted dolphins and some bottlenose dolphins as well. Did you know that we named our speed boat after the spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis)? Grey, fun and allways jumping around, Fatima did shot some nice pictures.

Hoje saímos com os nossos dois barcos: o “Ribeira Brava” e o “Stenella”, crew e os clientes. Fomos ao encontro de golfinhos pintados e alguns roazes também. Sabiam que o nome do nosso semi rígido provem dos golfinhos pintados (Stenella frontalis)? Cinzentos, alegres e sempre aos saltos, a Fatima ainda conseguiu tirar boas fotos.
