Globicephala macrorhynchus / Tursiops truncatus

Nicht nur das Meer hatte heute Höhen und Tiefen, wie die Pilotwalfotos zeigen. Die Unterwasserkamera hatte leider keine Batterie 🙁 denn die Pilotwale, auch Grindwale genannt, kamen wunderbar nah ans Boot heran. In der Schule gab es auch Große Tümmler. Nachmittags gab es leider keine Sichtung, keine Delfinseele war unterwegs obwohl wir das Meer mit 2 Spähern abgesucht haben, auch gab es wenig Vögel. Felix meinte noch einen spritzenden Drachen gesehen zu haben, aber das entpuppte sich dann als ein Fischerboot beim Degenfischfang.

On our first trip we saw Pilot whales, they came very close to the boat but unfortunatlly our GoPro had no battery, so we couldn't film them. In The afternoon we had no sightings, unfortunattly, we had 2 spotters working hard but no dolphin or whale was sighted. Felix saw a dragon that turned out to be a fisherboat in full action.

Hoje na nossa primeira viagem vimos baleias piloto, foi uma pena a GoPro estar sem bateria porque os animais curiosos aproximaram se muito do barco. Nas viagens da tarde, infelizmente, não tivemos avistamentos, mesmo com dois vigias ao longo da costa a vigiar o mar! Felix pensou ter visto um dragão ao longe, mas era só um barquinho de pesca em trabalhos.
