Today was a colourful day at sea. There were Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus), Atlantic spotted dolphins
(Stenella frontalis)and an exciting surprise on the various tours.
The little calves of the Atlantic spotted dolphins practised jumping, which still looked a bit awkward, but super cute. One of the teenagers probably thought he was a spinner dolphin and kept spinning round and round as he jumped.
On the Stenella, there was an exciting surprise in the morning. A group of orcas (Orcinus orca) travelled through the waters of Madeira. Wow, how amazing is that! Please take a look at the photos taken by my colleague Sarah.
