Im Gegensatz zum Sushi wird bei Sashimi der Fisch ohne Reis gereicht. Die Frische des Fisches ist dabei von großer Wichtigkeit. Sashimi gab es heute reichlich bei den Atlantischen Fleckendelfinen, den Gelbschnabelsturmtauchern und Weißkopfmöwen. Möglicherweise hatte der Bydewal sein Mahl vor unserer Begegnung, oder danach.
On the contrary to Sushi Sashimi is served without rice. The freshness of the fish is highly significant. Today the Atlantic Spooted dolphins, Cory’s Shearwaters and Yellow-legged gulls had plenty Sashimi. Possibly the Bryde’s whale too, before or after we saw him.
