The island looked spectacular from the sea. The mountains were covered in rainbow rain. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any animals.
A guest told me about an interesting visit that took place off Madeira’s coast today. A participant in the Vendee Globe sailed past Madeira’s coast today. ‘Solo, non stop and without assistance’ is the motto of this famous competition.
