            09.11.2024 – Only Dolphins

Published by Peter Worth on November 14, 2024

It’s common to hear guests say, “Today we only saw Bottlenose Dolphins (Tursiops truncatus)”. Well, today was one of those days, but with individuals jumping out of stormy water, socialising, and hunting within meters of the boat, I cannot imagine how any could complain. I know we all wish to see “REALLY BIG WHALES,” but please take it from me (at a towering 5′ 8). We sometimes need to enjoy the “small” (3-meter dolphin) things in life.
