On our early evening tour, we first were able to observe socialising and mating Common dolphins. Its always thrilling to see how easy it seems for them to conquer partners for mating. A bit later, a school of Atlantic spotted dolphins were busy with hunting a dinner fitting to their taste. As so often, some curious animals came to visit us and checked out our boat. Since today, besides the german guests, we also had a birthday community on board, the dolphins were declared to Marlene, the “birthday dolphins”. Marlene is our colleague from the Lobosonda´s “Blue Office” front desk in the Marina of Calheta and she was celebrating her birthday on board, together with her familly. So in the end of the tour we were happy to serenade happy birthday for her. Thank you again dear guests for your great support. This made the trip very special.
