Today our stately, traditional lady, the Ribeira Brava, received a wonderful compliment. “You book two great experiences on this boat. Once the whale watching and then being on such a beautiful boat,” said one guest. It is exactly like that! A lot of work and love is put into this boat every winter so that our guests can have such a great sea experience during the season.
In the morning, we had to cover quite a distance before we could see Atlantic spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis). So there was plenty of time to enjoy the boat and relax. There was a special natural event on the way to the dolphins. A clear corona had formed around the sun.
In the afternoon, there were again Atlantic spotted dolphins. On the way back, a blue key was floating in the sea. Lo and behold, a triggerfish has made use of this habitation. However, the plastic bowl had to be collected. This offered the opportunity to take a closer look at the triggerfish.
