What a wonderful morning in slow motion! Everything was wonderfully slowed down! The sea rocked gently in slow motion. Even the weather seemed to be slow motion. Our various groups of Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) were traveling in deep, relaxed moods. The Blainville beaked whales (Mesoplodon densirostris) also moved casually through the sea. Such a peaceful morning, such a quiet ride, such relaxed encounters with the marine mammals, reminds us that it is so important to pause during the day to breathe and to practice slow motion instead of hectic.
In slow motion was as well the work process in our harbor. It took a long time to get back to the Lobosonda Information Center. But now the time has come and we enjoy our recovered space!
In the afternoon there were waves again and in the midst of this was our wild gang of yesterday. Three hundred or more Atlantic Spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis) are definitely something for the eyes and especially something for the heart.
Today we had both slow motion and peaceful tranquility as well as activity and liveliness. Both qualities have their importance and should be part regular of our life.
