Astrid’s  Eindrücke: Heute machten es die ATLANTISCHE FLECKENDELFINE spannend. Zunächst ein kleines Begruessungskomittee und kurzes Spiel in der Bugwelle, und weg waren sie. Anstatt wie so oft, in unserer Bugwelle zu bleiben, sahen wir heute eifrig beim Wellensurfen der Meereswogen. Auf der Abendausfahrt der Ribeira Brava beobachteten wir eine Schule Atlantische Fleckendelfine beim Jagen und Fressen. Herrliches Spektakel, ganz aufgeregt flitzten die Tiere nur so durchs Wasser, zwischen drin hohe Spuenge von mhreren Tieren gleichzeitig in einer Reihe.

Astrid`s impressions: Today the ATLANTIC SPOTTED DOLPHINS kept it exciting for us. First they came with a small welcome committee and stayed for a moment in the bow-wave. Very soon they disappeared and went surfing the waves of the oceans. One of their big passions. Later, during the evening trip of the Ribeira Brava, we observed a large school of the same species while their were hunting their dinner. They were exciting and speeded through the water, several animals showing great and high jumps in a row at one time.
