Fußabdruck – footprint – pegada
Eine neue Farbe für unser Sichtungsplakat und der erste Bartenwal diesen Monat. An Bord waren wir uns nicht ganz sicher über die Art, aber jetzt können wir an Hand der Fotos einen Finnwal bestätigen… Er oder sie war beim Fressen und wechselte immer die Richtung zwischen den Tauchintervallen. Zuerst wurde übrigens der Fußabdruck entdeckt
A new color to our sitings-board and the first baleen whale this month. On board we haven't been sure about the species, but by the photos we have identified a fin whale. He or she was feeding, so always changing the direction and making good diving intervals. First Fátima discovered the footprint!
Uma nova cor para alegrar ainda mais o nosso placar dos avistamentos, e a primeira baleia de barbas deste mês. A bordo não conseguimos confirmar a espécia, mas com a ajuda das fotos conseguimos identificar uma baleia comum que estava em alimentação, portanto mudava muitas vezes de direção e mergulhava por períodos consideráveis. A Fátima descobriu está baleia através da pegada deixada a superfície
