When did you see the last whales? Which whales are possible to observe at this time of the year? Questions like this have been frequent in the last days and of course we always answer correctly. The last Baleen whales we’ve seen on 10th of March and who is reading our blog frequently knows all about our sightings. And today we can relate about tiny small till very huge animals. Both boats had two trips and we’ve observed Portugiese Man of War, Loggerhead turtles, different fishes, Common dolphins, Bottlenose dolphins and in the afternoon two fin whales . Very interesting to observe as well the footprints, which they left behind. Both whales were traveling quiet fast towards the north, where they want to feed a lot in the arctic summer.

Thank you for a wonderful trip. We were all happy to be so fortunate that we could follow the two fin whales. Our six-year-old is still extatic.
Extatic kids are good ocean lovers and defenders. The world needs them and we are happy to be part of “making kids excited”
