It’s the season to be jolly and Christmas marks the climax of it, so what better day to head out onto the ocean and find some cetaceans. After all, who doesn’t want to see a whale or a group of dolphins for Christmas?
Christmas is, however, a holiday only celebrated by humans and out on the ocean it’s business as usual. The sobering reality of that we have no control over what we will encounter also applies to the days we consider as special holidays. Our Stenella searched far and wide on a windy, wild ocean today only to return without a sighting. This is never an ideal situation for our team but we are confident that our guests appreciated the effort and enjoyed the crazy Christmas ride.
On that note, happy holidays to all from us Lobis and thanks to todays guests for braving the difficult ocean conditions with us today!
