Soft, close, sweet, beautiful, calm, touching …. These are the adjectives for our encounters with the different marine mammals for our nice guests this morning on Ribeira Brava. What a surprise, we were close to the harbor when we had our first sighting with cozy Rough-Tooted dolphins. They approached the boat, turned around and we saw their beautiful big eyes. We observed amazing situations where they swam in their typical synchronized way. Afterwards to our joy we met calm travelling Pilot whales and heard their breathing sounds very clearly. They were escorted by Bottlenose dolphins. During our afternoon trip we had again very beautiful situations with Pilot whales and Bottlenose dolphins.
