Claudia’s Eindrücke: Eine phantastische Morgentour heute mit der Stenella zu 2 verschiedenen Delfinarten: Eine ruhige und eine aktive Schule von FLECKENDELFINEN und eine große Schule von GEMEINER DELFINEN. Nach den Delfinen waren dann die Wale dran, auch hier 2 verschiedne Arten: POTTWAL und ein Bartenwal, wahrscheinlich ein BRYDEWAL. Dem Pottwal kamen wir sehr nah und, fast neben der Stenella, drehte er  sich einmal komplett für uns im Wasser, dabei war sein Unterkiefer perfekt zu sehen und zum Abschied gab er noch einen dicken Pup von sich, den wir mit all unseren Sinnen wahrnehmen konnten. Daniel hat ein tolles Video davon gemacht, welches wir im Youtube und Facebook veröffentlichen werden.

Astrid Minieindruck: Spektakuläre Sichtung eines POTTWALS! Der Wal kam sehr nah ans Boot ran und schaute interessiert aus dem Wasser. Auch hier hat Daniel tolle Filmaufnahmen. Es gibt davon schon ein tolles Video davon im facebook und bei youtube. Es bleibt spannend.

Claudias impressions: A fantastic morning tour with our vessel Stenella, and sighted were 2 different species of dolphins: a calm and an active pod of SPOTTED DOLPHINS and a big pod of COMMON DOLPHINS. After the dolphins it was time for the whales, also two different species: SPERM WHALE and a Baleen whale, presumably a BRYDE’S WHALE. The Sperm whale was very close to the boat, and near to Stenella he mad a turn around himself, making it the perfect chance to observe his lower jaws, as a goodbye we had the chance to see and smell Sperm whale poop. Daniel, our skipper, made a very interesting video of this wich will be uploaded on Youtube and Facebook.
