For many of our guest, they are “the face” of Lobosonda. No, I don’t mean the marine mammals, but our colleagues in the shop. Luisa and Marlene, both true madeirense locals. Together with Marion, another employee (bookings by phone), Luisa and Marlene welcome our visitors with a great smile, inform about the sightings, the general procedure of our tours and also answer many other questions. Before we go out on sea, they make sure, that we guides gives the introduction-talk in the right languages and besides this Marlene and Luisa keep the overview if the number of participants is complete. After the trips, they hand out the sighting passes and share the joy of a successfull trip.
Dear Luisa, dear Marlene and dear Marion: muito obrigada, thank you, that you love your work and do it with enthusiasm. Always trying to give your very best in the shop and on the phone. By doing so, you make Lobosonda Whale Watching Madeira something very special.
