Some may think that dolphins are always interactive. That is not so! A contact with these little marine mammals is often species-dependent and definitely situational. Some dolphin species are curious, interactive and seek contact. However, after a long search we found a restrained species, the beautiful Striped dolphins (Stenella coeruleoalba)! As a rule, this dolphin species prefers a greater distance to the boats. Everybody is different. For this reason, our guests could watch the speedy animals only from a distance. In such situations, as today, one can give the animals a small offer, an invitation to get in touch with us, but if they do not want to accept this, it means turning away for us and giving this animals their space. You might as well encounter a species on a whale watching expedition, which is usually quite sociable but in this moment busy with other things (resting, eating, socialising, etc.). Even then consideration is announced. After all, on our company website, we do not just write that we are respectful of the animals, it is our philosophy, that of the company, but also that of the crew.
