Claudia’s Eindrücke: Auf der Nachmittagsausfahrt mit der Stenella sahen wir eine kleine Schule PILOTWALE. Sie waren stets eng verbunden. Sie sozialisierten und trieben, trotz Seegang und Wind, lange an der Oberfläche. Bei solch einer friedlichen Sichtung fragen wir uns warum solch wunderbare Tiere anderen Orts (Faröer Inseln/Dänemark) brutal abgeschlachtet werden. Dies geschieht im Namen der Tradition. Traditionen sind natürlich wichtig, dürfen aber auch überdacht und zum Wohle von Mensch und Tier verändert werden. Bitte informieren Sie sich um dieses sinnlose Morden zu beenden.

Claudias impressions: On the afternoon trip from Stenella we saw a small pod of PILOT WHALES. They stayed always close together, socializing and floating at the surface, despite the rough sea. Such a peaceful sighting makes us thinking why these wonderful animals are brutally killed in other parts of the world (Faröer islands/Denmark). This is made in the name of tradition. Of course traditions are important, but we may overthink them in the favor of men and animal. Please inform yourself to stop the senseless killing.
