Ein ereignisreicher Tag geht zu Ende. Am Morgen hatten wir eine sehr lange Fahrt, um die ersten Tiere, POTTWALE zu sehen. Schon aus der Ferne war zu erkennen, dass sie sich auf einen längeren Tauchgang vorbereiteten. Was wir von den beiden ersten Pottwalen noch zu sehen bekamen, war die Fluke beim Abtauchen. Doch es gab zwei weitere POTTWALE und dazwischen eine große Schule GROßER TÜMMLER die uns in der Bugwelle besuchen kamen.
Am Nachmittag hatten wir zuerst ein gemütliches Grüppchen GEWÖHNLICHER DELFINE, die sich sehr kontaktfreudig zeigten. Und plötzlich war der Wal da, ein wirklich großer FINNWAL! Und einmal hatten wir so richtig Glück, denn das Tier kam auf uns zu und tauchten nahe des Bootes dann ab. Auf den Rückweg gab es kurz vor dem Hafen nochmals GEWÖHNLICHE DELFINE.
Ein schöner Tag mit schönen Touren und mit tollen Sichtungen. Ein guter Anfang für den Monat Mai.
An eventful day comes to an end. In the morning we had a very long sail to see the first animals, SPERM WHALES . Even from a distance we could foresee that they prepared for an extended dive. What we got to see of the first two SPERNM WHALES , was the fluke when diving. But there were two more and in between the SPERM WHALES we enjoyed a great pod of BOTTLENOSE DOLPHINS who came to visit us in the bow wave.In the afternoon we had a cozy little group first COMMON DOLPHINS who were very sociable. And suddenly the was a whale, a really big FIN WHALE! And then we were really lucky because the animal came up into our direction and appeared near the boat before he or she went away. On the way back there was, just before the harbor, again a pod of COMMON DOLPHINS.
