Am Morgen brachte unser traditionelles Boot eine Gruppe von ganz lieben G\u00e4sten zu einer Gruppe von Kurzschnabelige-Gew\u00f6hnliche-Delfinen (<i>Delphinus delphis<\/i>). Diese wundersch\u00f6nen Delfine zerstreuen sich oft in kleine Jagdgruppen, sobald sie die Gew\u00e4sser der Insel erreichen, um kleine Schulen von Haalbschn\u00e4bler (<i>Belone belone<\/i>) zu jagen, ihre Lieblingsbeute f\u00fcr die Saison. Obwohl wir die Delfine nicht in Aktion sehen konnten, trafen wir sie kurz nach der Jagd, und sie n\u00e4herten sich entspannt unserem Boot. Es war fantastisch!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Auf der Nachmittagstour wartete daf\u00fcr eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere \u00dcberraschung. Wir hatten eine Charter mit zwei reizenden Damen, die ihren letzten Tag auf Madeira auf dem Meer verbringen wollten. Nachdem sie vom Jachthafen abgefahren war, sagte eine der G\u00e4ste, es sei ihr Traum, einen Wal zu sehen. Minuten sp\u00e4ter entdeckte unser Kapit\u00e4n Pedro eine Font\u00e4ne und die Augen unseres Sp\u00e4hers richteten sich auf die Tiere, um sie zu folgen. Zwei Brydewale (<i>Balaenoptera edeni<\/i>), Mutter und Kalb, waren auf dem Weg nach Funchal. Das neugierige kleine Kalb n\u00e4herte sich sogar unserem traditionellen Boot und rollte sich auf und zeigte uns seinen Bauch.
