Im Vergleich zu unseren sehr h\u00e4ufig gesehenen Fleckendelfinen ist das Migrationsmuster und die Verbreitung von Rauzahndelfinen noch wenig bekannt. Bekannt ist, dass diese Art im Atlantik, Pazifik und im Mittelmeer vorkommt. Die Population, der wir hier auf Madeira begegnen, wandert wahrscheinlich zwischen den makronesischen Inseln der Azoren, Madeira und Kap Verden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Ihre Begegnungen sind recht langsam und stetig, aber sehr sch\u00f6n und meistens n\u00e4hern sich die Schulen gerne unserem Boot und bleiben in der N\u00e4he.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Der Nachmittag wurde immer besser. W\u00e4hrend unser Speer uns zu einer hier eher seltenen Art \u2013 den Grindwalen (<em>Globicephala macrorhynchus<\/em>) nawigierte, wurden wir von einer kleinen Schule mit Mutter und Kalb von Blainville-Schnabelwalen (<em>Mesoplodon densirostris<\/em>) \u00fcberrascht. Grindwale oder auch Pilotwale genannt hei\u00dfen so, weil man dachte, dass jede Schule einem Piloten als Anf\u00fchrer folgte. Obwohl sie Wale genannt werden, sind sie nur eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften Mitglieder der Familie der Delfine. Zuletzt fanden wir auf dem Weg zur\u00fcck zum Hafen eine weitere Gruppe von Fleckies, die uns immer wieder in Erstaunen versetzen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
