Es gibt nicht viele madeiranische Restaurants, in denen Sie nicht den traditionellen schwarzen Degenfisch finden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Es ist ein ca. Meter langer schwarzer, seltsam aussehender Fisch mit gro\u00dfen Augen, der oft mit Bananen und Honig oder Passionsfrucht serviert wird. Die \u201aEspada Preta\u2018 ist seit Jahrhunderten ein wichtiger Bestandteil der madeirischen K\u00fcche und Tradition. Auch wenn es einer der h\u00e4sslichsten Fische ist, die Sie je gesehen haben werdet, lohnt es sich, ihn zu probieren und einen Teil der Tradition Madeiras zu erleben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Die gro\u00dfen Augen sind nur eine Anpassung an sein Leben in rund 1000 Metern Tiefe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Die Methode des Fischfangs auf Schwarzen Degenfisch ist heute noch sehr rudiment\u00e4r: Eine lange Stange mit mehreren langen Schn\u00fcren mit Haken wird ins Wasser gelassen und an den Haken K\u00f6der (meist Squid) befestigt. Heutzutage wird das Einholen der Leine mit Motoren durchgef\u00fchrt, aber fr\u00fcher wurden traditionelle Boote, wie unsere charmante Ribeira Brava, die unser Gr\u00fcnder restaurierte, um sie f\u00fcr die Walbeobachtung zu verwenden, f\u00fcr diese Zwecke verwendet und alle Arbeiten wurden von Hand und menschlicher Kraft erledigt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Der Unterschied besteht darin, dass Druck den Fisch meistens t\u00f6ten w\u00fcrde, und so gibt es den Mythos, dass niemand jemals einen
