So auch heute! Verschiedenste Untergruppen waren weitfl\u00e4chig \u00fcber unser Beobachtungsgebiet verteilt. Ein paar zur\u00fcckhaltende Gro\u00dfe T\u00fcmmler (<em>Tursiops truncatus<\/em>) gab es zwischendurch auch zu sehen, doch man musste schon ganz genau hinschauen, um sie zu entdecken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vor Madeiras K\u00fcste treffen wir haupts\u00e4chlich die Kurzflossen- Pilotwale an. Sie haben, wie ihre Artgenossen, die Langflossen-Pilotwale ein gro\u00dfes Repertoire an Laut\u00e4u\u00dferungen. W\u00fcrde man in die akutstische Welt dieser Tiere hinein lauschen, k\u00f6nnten man Klicks, Rufe, Grunzer und Pfiffe unterscheiden. Diese T\u00f6ne werden je nach Verhaltenskontext eingesetzt. Trotz der hohen sozialen Interaktivit\u00e4t untereinander, kommt es aber auch vor, dass diese Tiere sich \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeitr\u00e4ume in Schweigen h\u00fcllen.
