Dieser Freizeithafen ist etwa 14 Seemeilen westlich von Funchal and Madeiras sonniger S\u00fcdk\u00fcste gelegen. Er ist eine ideale Basis f\u00fcr diverse Aktivit\u00e4ten auf dem Meer: Segeln, Kajakfahren, Schwimmen, Tauchen, Fischen und ganz sicher auch Wal- und Delfinbeobachtungen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es gibt an den Stegen genug Platz f\u00fcr das Anlegen von bis zu 300 Sportbooten. Au\u00dfer touristisch genutzten und privaten Booten legen auch einige kommerzielle Fischkutter regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in Calheta an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In der Mitte zwischen zwei Hotels und zwei Str\u00e4nden, einem k\u00fcnstlichen mit gelbem Sand und einem nat\u00fcrlichen mit dunklem vulkanischem Kies, bietet die Marina vielf\u00e4ltige M\u00f6glichkeiten ein wenig Zeit vor oder nach einer Ausfahrt zu verbringen. Direkt am Wasser gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Caf\u00e9s und Gesch\u00e4fte. Gesch\u00fctzte Parkm\u00f6glichkeiten, ein Supermarkt und Mietwagenanbieter sind in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he vorhanden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Marina ist ein Ort, an dem man sich vom Ozean und den Leuten, die dort drau\u00dfen arbeiten oder Erholung suchen, inspirieren lassen kann.
