Dies ist nie ein guter Start in den Tag! Meistens reiht sich dann eines an das andere und das Wohlgef\u00fchl l\u00e4sst auf sich warten. Heute wurde es, bevor wir noch losfuhren ein klein wenig stressig, doch lehrte Natur uns eine ganz besonders sch\u00f6ne Lektion. Das Meer, die Gruppen von Gro\u00dfen T\u00fcmmlern (<span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Tursiops truncatus<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>)<\/i><\/span><\/span><i><\/i>und Atlantischen Fleckendelfinen (<span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Stenella frontalis<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>)<\/i><\/span><\/span>, alles war friedlich, entspannt und herrlich im OM. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Die Tiere glitten m\u00fchelos mit gro\u00dfer Ruhe durch das herrliche Blau. Ja, so sollten alle Tage beginnen! Damit meine ich nicht nur die sch\u00f6nen Sichtungen, das Erleben der wunderbaren Tiere, sondern dieses Sich-Zeit-nehmen am Morgen, um im Fluss zu bleiben. Vielleicht ein bisschen fr\u00fcher aufstehen und einfach mal f\u00fcnf Minuten mit einer Tasse Kaffee in die Natur schauen, atmen, es langsam angehen lassen. Ich denke, das ist ein gutes Rezept f\u00fcr einen relaxten Start in einen guten Tag.
