Zusammen mit Marion, einer weiteren Mitarbeiterin (Telefonbuchungen), halten sie im Lobosonda Shop &#8222;die Stellung&#8220; vor Ort. Begr\u00fc\u00dfen die G\u00e4ste mit einem freundlichen L\u00e4cheln, liefern aktuelle Informationen zu den t\u00e4glichen Tier-Sichtungen, geben Ausk\u00fcnfte zum generellen Ablauf der Ausfahrten sowie zu allen m\u00f6glichen anderen Fragen. Bevor es los raus aufs Meer geht stellen sie sicher, da\u00df wir Guides die Einf\u00fchrungsrede in den richtigen Sprachen halten und checken, ob die Teilnehmer vollz\u00e4hlig sind.
