Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, einige kleine Grindwal-K\u00e4lber zu sehen, die neben ihren M\u00fcttern schwammen! In letzter Zeit haben wir auf einigen unserer Ausfl\u00fcge markierte Grindwale gesichtet. Zur Erforschung von Walen und Delfinen werden verschiedene Methoden eingesetzt, darunter auch Markierungen. Wissenschaftler k\u00f6nnen erwachsene Tiere mit Sendern ausstatten, um deren Bewegungen und Verbreitung zu untersuchen. Je nach Art des Senders k\u00f6nnen Forscher zudem mehr \u00fcber das Fressverhalten, die erreichten Tiefen und die Kommunikation erfahren. Auf Madeira zeigen Grindwale dank Satellitenortung in Kombination mit Fotoidentifikation eine Verbindung zu den Kanarischen Inseln. Die Identifizierung dieser \u201eblauen Korridore\u201c ist wichtig, da sie zur Umsetzung von Schutzma\u00dfnahmen beitragen w\u00fcrde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em><span
