Wind und Wellengang erschweren das Aufsp\u00fcren von Walen, da sich wei\u00dfe Schaumkronen bilden. Dennoch gelang es uns, gro\u00dfartige Sichtungen zu machen und vier verschiedene Arten zu beobachten!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Der Brydewal (<em>Balaenoptera edeni<\/em>) war kurz zu sehen und verschwand dann in den Wellen. Manchmal \u00fcberraschen sie uns jedoch mit Schwimmen ganz nah an der Oberfl\u00e4che. Sie sind das ganze Jahr \u00fcber anzutreffen, werden aber im Sommer h\u00e4ufiger gesichtet. Da sie in tropischen und subtropischen Breiten vorkommen, legen sie keine so gro\u00dfen Wanderungsstrecken zur\u00fcck wie andere Bartenwalarten: Finnwale (<em>Balaenoptera physalus<\/em>) und Buckelwale (<em>Megaptera novaengliae<\/em>). Brydewale sind immer ein wunderbarer Anblick; man sp\u00fcrt die Kraft dieser gro\u00dfen Tiere (Weibchen k\u00f6nnen eine L\u00e4nge von 16 m erreichen)!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Die Gew\u00f6hnlichen Delfine (<em>Delphinus delphis<\/em>), die wir heute gesehen haben, waren frech und hielten sich in eher kleinen Gruppen auf. Im Gegensatz zu den Wintermonaten, in denen sie sich zu gro\u00dfen Schulen zusammenschlie\u00dfen. Bei den Fleckendelfinen (<em>Stenella frontalis<\/em>) ist es genau umgekehrt. Derzeit werden h\u00e4ufig gro\u00dfe Gruppen von 30 bis 40 Tieren und manchmal sogar mehr gesichtet!
