Bei ruhiger See, hervorragenden Bedingungen und fantastischen Tierbeobachtungen auf all unseren Touren hatten wir das Gl\u00fcck, sowohl auf unserer Vormittags- als auch auf unserer Nachmittagstour Pottwale\u00a0(<em>Physeter macrocephalus<\/em>) zu sichten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Der wissenschaftliche Name\u00a0Physeter macrocephalus\u00a0bedeutet \u201eGro\u00dfkopf-Bl\u00e4ser\u201c und beschreibt diese beeindruckenden Meeress\u00e4uger perfekt. Pottwale besitzen das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gehirn aller Lebewesen auf der Erde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Pottwale kommunizieren mit kr\u00e4ftigen Klicklauten, den sogenannten\u00a0Codas. Diese Laute dienen sowohl der Echoortung bei der Nahrungssuche als auch der Kommunikation mit anderen Walen. Verschiedene Familiengruppen haben sogar ihre eigenen charakteristischen Klickmuster \u2013 fast wie regionale Dialekte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Diese majest\u00e4tischen Giganten gleich zweimal an einem Tag beobachten zu d\u00fcrfen, machte den heutigen Tag zu einem weiteren unvergesslichen Erlebnis auf dem Atlantik.
