Ich spreche vom Glattstirn Hammerhai (<i>Sphyrna zygaena<\/i>). Wir waren auf dem R\u00fcckweg von unserem zweiten Ausflug, bei dem wir einige Blainville-Schnabelwale (<i>Mesolpodon densirostris<\/i>) gesehen hatten, als wir diesem pr\u00e4historischen Wesen begegneten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Mit einer L\u00e4nge von bis zu 5 m ist er die zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte Hammerhaiart. Die interessante Form seines Kopfes ist eine Anpassung an die Jagd. Alle Haie haben an der Spitze ihres Kopfes Elektrorezeptoren, die Ampullen von Lorenzini, mit denen sie das elektrische Feld ihrer Beute wahrnehmen k\u00f6nnen, selbst wenn diese im Sand vergraben ist. Durch den vergr\u00f6\u00dferten Kopf verf\u00fcgen Hammerhaie \u00fcber mehr dieser Rezeptoren und sind somit Experten in der Jagd auf eingegrabene Tiere wie Rochen, eine der Hauptbeuten von Hammerhaien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Neben dem Hai und dem Schnabelwal begegneten wir auch einigen anderenWalartige. Wir sahen einige Gro\u00dfe T\u00fcmmler (<i>Tursiops truncatus<\/i>) und Pottwale (<i>Physter macrocephalus<\/i>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,
