Diese Definart ist vor Madeiras K\u00fcste ortsans\u00e4ssig. Auf der Suche nach Nahrung bewegen sie sich entlang der K\u00fcste. Und wer wei\u00df, wenn sie vor der S\u00fcdk\u00fcste nicht gesichtet werden, k\u00f6nnt es durchaus m\u00f6glich sein, dass sie die Nordk\u00fcste nach Nahrung absuchen. Auf dem R\u00fcckweg sahen wir noch eine Unechte Karettschildkr\u00f6te (<em>Caretta caretta<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\" align=\"right\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
