Das bedeutet, dass es in der Tat Tage gibt, an denen wir trotz aller Bem\u00fchungen ohne eine Walsichtung zur\u00fcckkehren. Leider war heute einer dieser Tage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Auf beiden Fahrten suchte unsere Stenella weit und breit. Auf der zweiten Fahrt hatte unser Sp\u00e4her sogar eine Gruppe von Blainville-Schnabelwalen (<i>Mesoplodon densirostris<\/i>) und eine Handvoll Gro\u00dfer T\u00fcmmler (<i>Tursiops truncatus<\/i>) gesichtet. Wir konnten die Gro\u00dfen T\u00fcmmler nur ganz kurz sehen, bevor sie im Atlantik verschwanden und nicht mehr zu finden waren. Auch die Schnabelwale bekamen wir nicht zu Gesicht, obwohl dies bei diesen schwer zu beobachtenden Meeress\u00e4ugern keine Seltenheit ist.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Eine gesunde Herangehensweise an die Walbeobachtung besteht darin, die Dinge einfach so zu nehmen, wie sie kommen. Das ist kein beliebter kommerzieller Ansatz, aber wir k\u00f6nnen nicht erwarten, dass der Ozean uns etwas gibt, w\u00e4hrend wir ihn weiter ausbeuten. Das Meeresleben ist nicht zu unserem Vergn\u00fcgen da, und der Ozean verdient unseren Respekt.
