In the light of the current developments surrounding the COVID-19 situation in Portugal and Europe we have decided to suspend our tours until further notice. Our health and well being should always be considered a priority.
While Madeira has not yet experienced any confirmed cases of the virus, we intend to support the precautionary measures taken by our government to ensure the safety of our community.
We also want to inform clients with trips booked for the near future that, from the 15th on, everyone arriving at the Airport of Madeira will face a mandatory 14-day quarantine. We encourage you to take these exceptional measures seriously as non-compliance will have legal implications.
We would love to welcome you on board soon and would like to encourage you to still visit our beautiful Island, but before we need to take down this virus that has been turning everyones lives upside down.
Our booking team is prepared to reschedule your tours in form of a Gift voucher, that has no expiration date. Please take this form of “refund” before considering to completely cancel your tour. I can assure you Madeira is worth your visit.
These difficult times call for sensible action; health and well-being are paramount so please stay home and stay safe!We are hopeful that the situation will improve quickly and look forward to returning to our blue office in search of our favourite ocean inhabitants as soon as possible!
