Today the Pilot whales travelled towards South-East. The group was widely spread out. No matter if we looked towards the coast line or offshore we always saw a few fins. But we also had quite a few close and very impressing encounters. The animals swam fast and energetic through the blue ocean and this created a little bow wave in front of the whales head. This sighting was exactly Karl’s Birthday wish. Yet it was an amazing experience for all of us!
