Astrids impressions: After a stormy weekend at Madeiras southwest coast, today we went back to “normal”, with a scedule of 5 trips. Except for one, which guests remained unfortunately (even though a 1 hour trip extension) without sighting, we met on the other trips schools of Atlantic spotted dolphins. Today, they got the right weather, practising their big passion: surfing. Every now and then, we got to see jump-perfomances and high jumps. With easiness, they manage to jump a few meters in the air and are still looking elegant by doing so. Respect, that seems to be pure vitality.
