After a longer Christmas and Bad weather break, we returned back on the Atlantic ocean. Like usual there is always something to learn:
Lesson number 1: Be happy as well with the small things in life, like for example the Portugiese Man of War, we saw on the morning trip on Stenella. A tiny one and the first one for this coming wintertime. Or the Fea’s petrel from the afternoon trip.
Lesson number 2: Never give up, like today afternoon on the Stenella tour where we first went unsucessfully far to the east and then had to go far to the west to encounter the Common dolphins.
Lesson number 3: Take your rest is very important, like just now after a long day of work. And therefor now it’s time to say “Good night” to all of our blogreeders. And special regards to Ella and Mr. and Mrs. Green.

Thank you Claudia for yet another wonderful outing and for your kind thoughts. We see our time with you as an essential part of holidays in Madeira. Some of those moments when we are close to the animals have been breathtaking. The expertise of th guides, spotters and skippers make the time so enjoyable. From the hotel, the Jardim Atlantico, we can see your boats as they search to give others sight of animals in the natural state. Indeed we have often spotted whales from our balcony.
We shall be back to see and learn more.
Please Pam & Peter, read the blog from your last trip on 11.1.2016 CHEARS and have a good time in the cold Claudia
