            20.06.2019 – Pure Vitamin D(olphin)

Published by Marlene Cabral on June 28, 2019

Today we finally went out on a calm sea again, into our blue office. And what could we re-fuel on? Vitamin D in the form of the most beautiful sunshine and purest Vitamin D(olphin)! A wonderful tour with powerful Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus), relaxed Common dolphins (Delphinus delphis) and lively Atlantic Spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis).

The Bottlenose dolphins came energetically out of the water as they moved forcefully south-east. There were even synchronous leaps to observe.

Our group of Common dolphins was larger in number but much quieter. Slowly they moved to the west, while we admired them.

The Atlantic spotted dolphins were in high spirits! Full of joy they came in fast, long jumps towards us. Pure joy of life!

And here’s an “Aha fact” for you! Based on research into non-human communication, astronomer Laurance Doyle discovered that Bottlenose dolphins learn their language the same way humans do. Like human babies, baby dolphins babble when they are young. They try different “phonemes” and try to learn the language.

Which form of Vitamin D’s are you most interested in? In my opinion, Vitamin D(olphin) is definitely one of the best vitamins for your and our health!
