11.03.2017 – What does whale watching mean?

Published by lobosonda on March 20, 2017

Today I want to write about a subject that is very important for us at Lobosonda. First of all I want to point out that we have been noticing a change in the behaviour of our guests, from year to year the guests that expect us to give you a “100% sighting guarantee” have decreased. More and more guests come to us with the right mindset and already knowing that we can’t guarantee any sightings. What we will guarantee you is that the whole team is giving a 100% and are fully dedicated so that you can see marine mammals.

Whale watching means that we are “the guests out there” and that we need to behave accordingly, just as we would do visiting a friend´s home. This should always be the basis to our behaviour out on the sea. We would like to think that our team is a tiny little part of this change happening in people´s mindset, that is what we work for!

So thank you everyone who have accompanying us during this journey, we are looking forward for the future. In my perspective it looks like a bright future full of change and good things happening 🙂
