Mesoplodon densirostris

Die Stenella hatte heute eine Doppelfahrt in den Norden, wo wir Streifendelfine, Blainville Schnabelwale, mehrere Kapverden-Sturmvögel und Tümmler sahen. Mittagessen hab es in Porto Moniz und wieder zurück im Süden konnten unsere Gäste noch mit einer anderen Schule Tümmler schwimmen gehen. Die Ribeira Brava sah vormittags leider keine Meeresssäuger, nachmittags hat sie aber lange eine Schule von Tümmlern begleitet.

A double Stenella trip to the north where we saw Blainvill’s beake whales, striped dolphins some Fea’s Petrel and bottlenose dolphins. Lunch we had in Porto Moniz and back on the south we could have a swim with another pod of bottlenose dolphins. The Ribeira Brava didn’t see mammels in the morning, but in the afternoon they followed a pod of bottlenose dolphins for a long time.

Uma viagem dupla com a Stenella para o norte e vimos golfinhos riscados, baleias de bico Blainville, algumas Freiras do Bugio, e roazes. Almoçamos no Porto Moniz e quando voltamos a costa sul ainda deu tempo para nadar com um outros roazes. A Ribeira Brava não vi cetáceos de manha, mas a tarde estiveram com um grupo de roazes e acompanharam-os durante muito tempo.
