Boats like everything else that is used constantly are more likely from time to time to be susceptible to give us some unexpected surprises. With some minor repairs during the weekend accompanied by one of the first storms in the northwest quadrant, we started the week with a morning trip hopping that the hydraulic system would hold. Fortunately the repairs were effective and STENELLA after a sighting of Striped dolphins (Stenella coeruleoalba) brought us safe and sound back to Calheta Harbor.
