Today we had the Portuguese RTP channel on board of the Ribeira Brava and everything went a bit different as usually. First we had a sighting of Common dolphins but they were only two of them which is very uncommon. After that, we saw an active group of Atlantic Spotted dolphins enjoying surfing the waves – more common. And to top this we saw a few Sperm whales in different situations: Looging, preparation for a dive; diving; a half spyhop; turning to the side AND a breach. The last one we do not see every day! So the sightings increased.
