A day filled with Atlantic Spotted Dolphins and Pilot Whales. When we were observing the pilot whales, we also saw several very small animals. They were small like dolls, and must have been very young. It’s always so special to see them next to our boat!
We also found a bottle of plastic near Calheta. When we opened it, we found out that it still had oil inside. We’re happy that we could take it out of the water before it could cause any damage. We hope that we can collectively start taking better care of our oceans, starting with taking better care of our garbage!
